This 18 gauge pneumatic finish nailer is designed for cabinet and drawer construction, panelling, applying decorative moulding, casing and trim or other fine detail work. With greater pull-out resistance and overall strength, 18g finish nails are chosen over headless 23g pins where a stronger construction is required, with greater load-bearing capacity.

The nailer drives 1.2mm diameter nails, from 15mm to 50mm in length, with the fine heads displacing minimal material for driving tight up to an edge without splitting the wood. Developed to meet the demands of professionals, the nailer features a high durability heat-treated firing pin, engineered to ensure consistent, long-lasting performance, reducing both downtime and maintenance.

The side-loading magazine provides quick and easy loading of up to 110 nails. Select between either full sequential firing for precision, single shot nailing, or switch to contact or ‘bump’ firing when rapid fastening is required. The double trigger mechanism ensures operator safety, preventing against accidental firing during use. Depth adjustment is made tool-free, for near-instant switching between flush or countersunk firing. The quick release nose mechanism allows for fast access and nail removal in the event of a jam. The rear mounted exhaust can be rotated through 360° to direct air away from both the operator and the workpiece. 

Ergonomically designed, the nailer combines robust build quality with a lightweight aluminium die-cast housing, resulting an in overall weight of only 1.39kg for reduced operator fatigue. The precision machined piston assembly provides smooth, kick-back free firing and a vibration emission level of only 1.9m/s2. The non-slip comfort grip, along with the slender nose design, ensures superior control and access within tight spaces, with the no-mar nose pad preventing surface damage.
